Refund Policy

Effective: Dec 1, 2025

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below. To request a refund, please email us at support@upspending.com with your order details and reason for the request (or simply reply to your order confirmation email).

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items or services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Digital downloads once accessed
  • Services already rendered
  • Customized or personalized products

Condition of Refunds

Physical products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Broken/Unusable Items

We will replace or refund any broken, or otherwise unusable, items. We may request you to send a photo detailing the issue for our records. Once the return request is made, we will determine, on a case-by-case basis, whether we require such items to be returned.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days after returned goods are received.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned as a credit to your Upspending wallet (or you can request a credit to the original payment method).

Transportation of Returns

Returns can be transported in any of the following ways...

  • Driver pickup with next order delivery: Free - leave item(s) on the porch
  • Driver pickup (pickup-only): Free for local delivery subscribers, $10 fee for non-subscribers - leave item(s) on the porch

Dispute Resolution Policy

Effective: Dec 1, 2025

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved informally, the following process will apply:

Good Faith Negotiation

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal discussions within 30 days.

Mediation or Arbitration (Optional)

If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration, depending on applicable laws and mutual agreement.
